  • Feedback and Iteration Support

We see advocacy partnerships as ongoing collaborations, not one-time campaigns. That’s why DecenTrialz encourages regular feedback from your team and offers iteration cycles to improve your outreach.

    What We Offer

    • Regular check-in meetings or email surveys
    • A dedicated partner liaison for each advocacy group
    • The ability to revise content, campaigns, or onboarding flows based on community input
    • Updates when new trials or platform features align with your mission

We also welcome community feedback from participants about the platform experience, messaging clarity, or accessibility concerns, all of which guide future improvements.

Key Note: Feedback loops are built into our ethical partnership model to ensure your voice (and your community’s voice) shapes how DecenTrialz evolves.

  • Reporting Community Engagement

In addition to the metrics dashboard, advocacy partners can receive monthly or quarterly summary reports to help assess their community engagement over time.

    These reports may include:

    • Campaign-specific highlights
    • Trends in participation or drop-off
    • Suggestions for improving reach or educational clarity
    • Comparative engagement by language, format, or device (e.g., mobile vs desktop)

These reports can be shared with your funders, internal boards, or used in annual impact statements.

Key Note: Our reports are designed to be a collaborative tool for learning and strategy refinement, not a performance judgment. We are committed to co-learning and adjusting strategies together based on what your community actually needs.

  • Referral Metrics Dashboard

Every approved advocacy partner receives access to a real-time dashboard summarizing the impact of their outreach.

    Dashboard Features:

    • Number of Page Visits: See how many users visit your custom awareness page
    • Clicks on Trial Listings: Track interest in condition-specific trials
    • Completed Pre-Screenings: View how many users initiated or completed the screening process
    • Demographic Breakdowns: Get anonymized summaries by age group, location, and condition interest
    • Referral Source Analytics: Understand what outreach channels are working best (social media, email, QR codes, etc.)

Key Note: All dashboard data is fully de-identified and aggregated. No individual participant names or medical details are shared with advocacy groups unless a participant explicitly consents through a HIPAA- and IRB-approved process.
