  • How to Use It

    Accessing History

You can view your trial history by navigating to My Trials History in your profile dashboard. All activity is time-stamped and organized for easy reference.

    View Trial Status

Each trial in your history includes a status badge, short summary, and a link to revisit the trial page. You can filter the list by status type (e.g., only matched trials) to simplify tracking.

    Continue Application (if enabled)

For trials where you paused or exited mid-process, you may see a “Continue Application” option. This allows you to resume your participation journey without starting from scratch, provided the trial is still open and accepting participants.

Key Note: My Trials History is designed to empower participants by offering full visibility into their activity. It allows for more informed decisions, easier follow-up, and reduces confusion over trial stages or application status. Your history is private and visible only to you when logged in.

  • What’s Tracked

    Viewed vs. Matched vs. Referred

    • Viewed Trials: These are trials whose detail pages you have opened and explored. This helps you revisit trials you considered but may not have saved.
    • Matched Trials: These are trials for which you met the basic eligibility criteria based on your profile and pre-screener responses. Matching does not imply acceptance or referral but indicates a preliminary fit.
    • Referred Trials: Trials for which your information was formally sent to a research site or sponsor following your consent. This typically marks the start of direct communication with the trial site.

    Status Definitions

Each entry in your history will include a status such as:

    • Viewed
    • Matched
    • Referred
    • Not Eligible (if determined during pre-screening) – This status simply means the trial’s stated eligibility criteria were not met based on your profile or pre-screener responses. It is not a medical judgment or diagnosis and does not affect your ability to apply for other trials.
    • Withdrawn (if you opted not to proceed)

Statuses are updated automatically as you progress through steps in the platform.
