Category: Trial Detail Navigation

  • Access to Detail Page

Users can access the full trial detail page by:

    • Clicking the trial title or “View Details” button on any trial card.
    • Selecting a saved trial from the Saved Trials section.
    • Clicking through from Search Results, Trial History, or Similar Trials recommendations.

    The detail page includes:

    • Full trial summary and eligibility criteria
    • Key facts and tags
    • Contact or application options
    • Trial locations (if available)
    • Site or sponsor information
    • FAQ and participant feedback (if enabled)

Key Note: Participants are encouraged to explore the full detail page of any trial before making decisions about pre-screening or application. The page is designed to support informed choice, with clear formatting, accessible language, and relevant visuals.

  • Tags as Filters

    Each trial includes tags like:

    • Phase (e.g., Phase 2)
    • Gender eligibility (e.g., Female only)
    • Age group (e.g., Adults)
    • Trial status (e.g., Recruiting)

These tags are interactive. Clicking a tag instantly applies it as a search filter, narrowing down results to similar trials with that attribute. This helps users explore trials with shared characteristics without having to re-enter search terms.

  • Clickable Elements

Each trial card in the search results includes clickable elements that allow users to access more information:

    • Trial Title: Clicking the title redirects to the full trial detail page.
    • Tags or Labels (such as phase or age eligibility): Clicking these refines the search using that specific tag.
    • Recruitment Status: Clicking may show similar trials in the same status.
    • Location Info: If present, clicking can display a map view or list of all trial sites.

This intuitive navigation makes it easy for users to quickly dive deeper into any study that interests them.
